TablePing is a restaurant host-stand app for waitlists, table seating, reservations, and floor status. It is provided by TechMind (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using TablePing, your restaurant agrees to this Content Policy.
1. Purpose
This Content Policy explains what content is allowed in TablePing, who is responsible for that content, and what happens if the rules are broken. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Who is responsible
- TechMind provides the software, hosting, and license for TablePing.
- The restaurant (account admin and staff) owns and controls the operational content entered in the app — guest names, phone numbers, notes, tags, table layouts, reservations, and service history.
- TablePing is for restaurant staff (admins, supervisors, hosts). Diners are not end users of the app store listing; staff enter guest details on their behalf.
3. Allowed content
You may use TablePing only for lawful restaurant floor operations, including:
- Waitlist and walk-in guest records needed to seat parties
- Table maps, areas, capacities, merges, splits, and status
- Reservations and hold times for your own venue
- Staff accounts, PINs, roles, and area assignments for your team
- Display / call screens used inside your restaurant
4. Prohibited content and use
You must not upload, enter, store, or use TablePing to:
- Process unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against guests or staff
- Store sensitive personal data beyond what seating requires (for example government IDs, payment card numbers, health records, or passwords unrelated to TablePing)
- Enter sexual, pornographic, or exploitative content, including any content involving minors
- Spam, scrape, or abuse other restaurants’ accounts or TechMind systems
- Attempt to bypass license checks, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or disrupt multi-device sync
- Impersonate TechMind, LetMeDoit, or another restaurant
- Use TablePing as a general customer database or marketing CRM for purposes unrelated to seating and service
5. Guest information
Guest names and optional phone numbers are entered by your staff so you can call and seat parties. Your restaurant must:
- Collect only what you need for service
- Keep staff logins restricted to people who need floor access
- Clear or archive guest records when appropriate (for example at end of service)
- Inform guests, where required by law, that their details are used for waitlist and seating
6. Accuracy and quality
Staff should keep table status, party size, and guest details accurate during service. Incorrect or misleading floor data can affect seating fairness and guest experience. TechMind is not responsible for operational decisions your team makes from that data.
7. Intellectual property
- TablePing software, branding, and documentation belong to TechMind (and partners where noted). You receive a license to use the app under your active subscription or activation — not ownership of the product.
- Content you enter (guest lists, floor plans, notes) remains your restaurant’s responsibility. You grant TechMind a limited right to host and process that content solely to provide TablePing.
8. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, TechMind may:
- Ask you to remove or correct content
- Suspend or restrict staff or device access
- Suspend or terminate the restaurant license
- Report unlawful activity to authorities when required
We will usually contact the account administrator first, except where urgent risk or legal duty requires faster action.
9. Reporting
To report misuse, abusive content, or a security concern about a TablePing account, contact TechMind using the details below. Include the restaurant name, device or username if known, and a short description of the issue.
10. Changes
TechMind may update this Content Policy when the product or law changes. The effective date above will be revised. Continued use of TablePing after an update means the restaurant accepts the revised policy.
