Product: TablePing
(Android package com.techmind.tableping)
Company: TechMind
Effective date: 16 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between the restaurant or other business that uses TablePing (“you”, “your”, “the restaurant”) and TechMind (“we”, “us”, “our”), provided together with LetMeDoit where noted. By creating an account, activating a licence, signing in as staff, or otherwise using TablePing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Related policies
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. If there is a conflict, these Terms control for licence, payment, liability, and termination; the Privacy Policy controls for personal data handling; the Content Policy controls for what may be entered in the product.
2. The service
TablePing is a restaurant host-stand product for waitlists, walk-in seating, reservations, floor maps, guest call display, and multi-device sync. It is a business tool for restaurant staff (admins, supervisors, and hosts). Diners are not end users of the app store listing; staff enter guest details on the restaurant’s behalf.
The service may include:
- The TablePing app on Android, web, and other platforms we support
- Hosted servers used by TablePing (currently the TablePing API at app.tableping.pro)
- Restaurant accounts, staff logins, device activation, and licence checks
- Local on-device cache so the floor can keep working when the network is poor
We may add, change, or withdraw features. We do not guarantee that every platform (web, Android, iOS, display tablets) will have identical features at all times.
3. Eligibility and authority
- You must be a business using TablePing for lawful restaurant floor operations.
- The person who registers the restaurant, activates a licence, or accepts these Terms represents that they have authority to bind that business.
- Staff users must be people the restaurant has authorised. You are responsible for every action taken under your restaurant’s accounts and devices.
- TablePing is not directed at children under 13.
4. Accounts, licences, and devices
- Access requires a restaurant account and, where we require it, an active licence key and device activation.
- Admins must change any seed or default password on first login and keep staff PINs and passwords confidential.
- Licence keys, admin credentials, and device IDs are for your restaurant only. You must not share, resell, or transfer them except as we expressly allow.
- We may limit the number of active devices, staff seats, or locations on a licence.
- You must not bypass licence checks, clone activations onto unlicensed venues, or interfere with sync, versioning, or security controls.
5. Fees and subscription
TablePing may be offered under a paid licence, trial, or other commercial arrangement we confirm with you. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- Fees are due as invoiced or as shown at purchase
- Licences are non-transferable except with our written consent
- We may suspend access if fees are overdue or a licence is invalid, expired, or revoked
- Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or where we agree in writing
6. Your restaurant’s responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use TablePing only for your own venue’s waitlist, seating, reservations, and related floor operations
- Keep table status, party size, and guest details reasonably accurate during service
- Restrict staff logins to people who need floor access, and revoke access when staff leave
- Collect only guest information needed for service, and tell guests how that information is used where the law requires it
- Not store payment card numbers, government IDs, health records, or other sensitive data beyond what seating requires
- Comply with the Content Policy and applicable law, including guest privacy and employment rules
Guest names, phone numbers, notes, and tags belong to the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for how that information is collected and used. TechMind processes it only to provide TablePing.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use TablePing for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against guests or staff through the product
- Attempt unauthorised access, scrape other restaurants’ data, or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer protected parts of the service except to the extent the law allows
- Impersonate TechMind, LetMeDoit, or another restaurant
- Use TablePing as a general marketing CRM unrelated to seating and service
8. Operational content and intellectual property
- TablePing software, branding, documentation, and related materials belong to TechMind (and partners where noted). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product while your account and licence remain in good standing — not ownership of the product.
- Floor plans, table layouts, guest records, reservations, notes, and other operational content you enter remain your restaurant’s responsibility. You grant TechMind a limited right to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and support TablePing.
- You must not copy, modify, or create derivative works of TablePing except as we allow in writing.
9. Availability, sync, and offline use
The floor can keep working from a local cache when the network is unavailable. When devices reconnect, data is synced to our hosted servers. Sync may be delayed, and conflicts can occur if several devices edit the same records. We use version-aware merge where implemented; we do not warrant that every conflict will resolve in the way you expect.
We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults, hosting outages, or your own network can affect access. You should not rely on TablePing as the sole record of reservations or guest contact details where loss of data would cause material harm.
10. Support
Support may be available through the Account screen in the app when a support number is configured, or through the contact details below. We do not warrant any particular response time unless we have agreed that separately in writing.
11. Third-party services
The app may load fonts from Google Fonts. Older Google Sign-In or Google Sheets libraries may be present for features that are not shown in the current product. Optional third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in TablePing.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TablePing is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that TablePing will be error-free, that seating suggestions or wait times will be accurate, or that use of the product will increase covers, reduce wait times, or meet any operational target. Floor decisions remain yours.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechMind and LetMeDoit are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost covers, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to TablePing will not exceed the fees you paid us for TablePing in the three months before the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless TechMind and LetMeDoit against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from: (a) guest or staff data you enter; (b) your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Content Policy; (c) your restaurant’s seating, waitlist, or reservation decisions; or (d) unauthorised use of your accounts or devices.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TablePing at any time and may ask us to close the restaurant account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the product.
After termination, your licence ends. Device cache can be removed by signing out or uninstalling the app. Server-side restaurant data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) continue after termination.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product or the law changes. The effective date at the top will be revised. Continued use of TablePing after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the product and ask us to close the account.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect our intellectual property or the security of the service.
18. General
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Content Policy, are the entire agreement for TablePing unless we sign a separate written contract with you.
- If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the product.
